QUALIFICATIONS
Fellowship trained and American Board certified in Pain Medicine with a current practice focused on the interdisciplinary management of chronic non-malignant pain and spinal disorders. Interventional procedures include fluoroscopically guided spinal injections for diagnostic and therapeutic neural blockade, radiofrequency neuroablation, lumbar discography and intradiscal thermoplasty, implantable spinal cord neuromodulating and intrathecal drug infusion systems, and precutaneous vertebroplasty and balloon kyphoplasty.
American Board certified Anesthesiologist with past experience in private practice at a rural hospital as a solo practitioner. This involved personal administration of anesthesia as well as supervision of CRNA’s in providing ambulatory, obstetric, pediatric and regional anesthesia. Other responsibilities included anesthesia staffing, scheduling, continuous quality improvement, JCAHO review, anesthesia equipment and supplies.
